SIr Elakhe Adeoye (KSC) Ceo

Sir Elakhe Adeoye is the Chief Executive Officer of Black Knight Integrated Oil and gas Resources and services Limited, an indigenous oil and gas company.
He holds a Bsc Accounting from the University of Benin,Nigeria,an Msc in Investment and Finance from Middlesex University England.
He began his career in 2002 as an Accountant in Unipetrol an Oil and Gas Company in Nigeria, in 2003 he teamed up with a few associates at the time to start  trading in  Dpk/Ago/Pms buying from Vessels through  the use of tank Farms. He was also involved at various times in the purchase and supply of Lpfo to Dangote sugar factory in Apapa Lagos.

He later worked for different companies in Finance capacity, notable among them are the Lewis trust group, Bovis Lendlease in the capacity of a Finance Manager, All in the United Kingdom, In these companies he proved himself as a highly motivated individual who adopted a positive and innovative approach to all tasks, demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines and targets and ensured the highest levels of professionalism in the dispensation of his duties.

In 2010 He then founded a property management company, Elade Consultancy Limited where he was Director. He is also Chief Operating officer of Highgate Properties in England ,a company that manages a property portfolio of over £20,000,000. In 2015 he founded (Bki Oil),Black Knight Integrated Oil and gas Resources and services Limited.

Elakhe Adeoye established and holds the position of CEO at Bki, has been the driving force behind the implementation of the company's policies. His primary focus has always been on achieving growth, profitability, and providing outstanding service performance to the company's clients within all its operating markets. Elakhe's unwavering focus on achieving results has propelled Bki from its humble beginning.

Geologist.

A Geologist by background with extensive wealth of experience in the oil and gas industry spanning over 20 years in various working and senior management positions within and outside Nigeria, covering Exploration, Development, Operations, Policy, Governance, Risk, Assurance and Environmental Compliance.

He worked in various capacities at the Integrated Data Service Limited (IDSL) a subsidiary of NNPC and since 2005 worked as a Regulator in the UK.

Ohione holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.Sc) in Geology from Delta State University Abraka, Nigeria and a Masters of Science Degree in Environmental Management from the University of Derby United Kingdom.

A Fellow of the Geologic Society of London and member of the Institution for Environmental Science in the United Kingdom.

Ohione provides oversight to the business in the areas of policy, governance, assurance and regulatory compliance. He is married with children

Mrs. Adebola Oguntosin, Finance Director

Mrs. Adebola Oguntosin holds bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Benin, Nigeria and a master’s degree in finance from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
She began her career in 2013 as an accountant in the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, a federal Government owned media organization in Nigeria. As an accountant in the corporation she worked in several departments such as the management department where she worked hand in hand with top management executives in preparing reports that brought about development and increased productivity. She also worked in the credit control department where she was the contact person between the private agencies and the corporation, making sure the media purchasing orders and the programs aired on the station aligned. In 2018, she teamed up with a few associates to go into importation of products from Turkey, china and Dubai and this metamorphosed into bulk buying and shipping with supply to other intermediaries.
In her practice as an accountant, she also worked for different companies notable among them are Winnique limited, a household retail brand in Nigeria as an internal auditor where she proved her integrity. In 2010, she co-founded a consultancy company, P&M Nigeria limited where she is a director even till date is.

A company that provides financial advisory services as well as audit their financial statements at the end of the financial year to small and medium scale enterprises In addition to her purpose-driven personality and goal-oriented nature, Ademikhe exhibits the highest levels of professionalism and integrity and is always striving to improve and develop herself.

This motivated her to pursue a Master's Degree in International Business from Keele University, one of the best and most prestigious Business Schools in the UK.

 

Engr. Daniel Attah, Director of Oil and Gas Operations

Engr. Daniel Attah is the Director of Oil and Gas Operations at BKI Oil and Gas Limited. Daniel Attah, MNSE, joins us with a distinguished background in project management and business development within the oil and gas industry, spanning both corporate and public sectors. He is highly esteemed for his meticulous attention to detail and his proficiency in fostering efficient collaborations.


Daniel obtained a Certificate in Leadership/Management from the Wisconsin School of Business, University of Wisconsin in 2013, and holds a B. Eng. in Production Engineering from the University of Benin, which he completed between 1995 and 2002.


With a career spanning over 20 years, Daniel has held pivotal roles across various organizations, predominantly in the oil and gas sector. Currently, he serves as the Director of Engineering Services at Patlington Ltd since March 2017, where he has been instrumental in formulating and executing policies, standards, and procedures for engineering and technical operations. His responsibilities also encompass the oversight of installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment.

Additionally, Daniel holds the position of MD/CEO at Fintrad Ltd, a role he has held since 2015, overseeing all company operations.
Previously, Daniel made significant contributions to the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) as the Special Assistant to the Akwa Ibom State Commissioner (REP) on the Board from December 2011 to 2014. In this capacity, he effectively managed administrative functions and coordinated office activities seamlessly.

Daniel's earlier roles include his tenure as Project Engineer/Site Manager at Trussnet Nig. Ltd. (Tunkey Site Builders) from February 2004 to July 2005, where he excelled in project planning, scheduling, implementation, and quality assurance. Prior to this, he demonstrated expertise as an Oil Movement Jetty Operator at the Warri Refinery & Petrochemical Company Ltd from December 2002 to 2003, overseeing vessel tests, managing loading operations, and maintaining critical equipment.
